There are several reasons why buying our custom built systems will be better for you than buying another computer from a large reseller:

We do not use proprietary parts. In the world of computer hardware, computers with proprietary parts are a bad investment. First of all, these parts usually are off the market prematurely, making repairs difficult and more costly. Secondly, if they are still on the market, they usually have an unjustified and outrageous price tag. Every computer company I have dealt with has used some proprietary parts in their PCs. Wencol never uses proprietary parts, so computers built by us can be serviced by anyone without having to order special parts.
Our computers come with an automatic 2 year parts and labor warranty. If you have any problem related to the hardware in the computer, you can bring it to Wencol within those first two years and have it serviced for free. You don't have to run any diagnostics, which many other companies ask you to do over the phone. Also, wait times will be greatly decreased as you won't have to send off your computer to be serviced. Lastly, you will no longer have to worry about backing up your data before getting your computer serviced, as we actually fix computers here and don't just replace them.
Our base system starts off with a fast processor and an ample supply memory. You won't have to worry about buying a slow computer. We won't sell anything that doesn't make the cut, unlike other companies that are trying to cut costs.
The computers sold here are built from the empty case onward. An actual human builds and tests every single new computer bought here. You'll no longer have to fear dead on arrival computers.
Phone support is free. If you're one of our customers, we'll walk you through any problems you're having with your PC.
Since we build the computers on a customer basis, we can order and install the exact software you would like. Don't like Vista? We'll install Windows XP at your request. Need Microsoft Office or an antivirus? We'll install it with no additional service charge. Need your data copied over from another computer? We can do that too.

We don't load your new computer up with unnecessary programs that will only slow it down. Our computers come with additional software to watch DVDs and burn discs, but you won't be plagued with third-party programs that ask for registration/money or are only trial versions.
Our computers are completed with the system discs inside of the computer. You will not have to scramble through old boxes to find the CDs we need.
